CONSER QATAR was commissioned to develop the redesign of the avant-guard concept of beach villa for HH Sheikha Moza Naser al Misnad, wife of HH the late Emir Sheik Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani of Qatar, based on the futuristic sketch design of the renowned Designer – Philippe Starck. In order to construct the vision of the design team of Philippe Stark for this extraordinary beach villa, the office of the Diwan in Qatar and upon recommendations of the Project Manager Hill International appointed CONSER to develop the design sketches and the intricate shapes into sound engineering. Our task was to liaise with the creative design team and translate their fluid sketches into detailed engineering. This ranged from complex structural engineering of the free forms, to innovative HVAC distribution to incorporating lavish and luxurious features within the construction.
We were also involved in developing the designs for what was to become the first fixed-landscaped-sand dune “garden”.Other notable innovative designs were for massive 2-axis curved glass doors and water features that needed meticulous cleaning circulation. A one of a kind design that we are proud to have been a part of.

CICCON created the digital twin for the Postdam think Campus in Germany for a first of its kind, virtual opening ceremony during the covid days, the challenge was to build a digital twin for the -Think Campus- a premier innovation and technology hub located in Potsdam-Nord (Konrad-Zuse-Ring 11, 14469 Potsdam). It sits near major incubators like the SAP Innovation Center and the Volkswagen Group Future Center, featuring over 12,000 square meters of collaborative office spaces, co-working areas, and state-of-the-art architecture. The campus serves as an interdisciplinary workspace for entrepreneurs, digital creators, researchers, and scientists. CICCON carried out the Building Information Modeling works using Unreal Engine to allow for a real-time virtual walkthrough to meet the requirements of the developer Driven Investment to hold a fully virtual topping-out ceremony for WorkHub 2 (3,000 sqm) due to initial pandemic restrictions, the unconventional event featured a single construction worker toasting on-site while executives and speeches were Digital twinning broadcast via video.
